So, yeah. Another Pokémon with guns. I always surprise myself by drawing these, because I'm terrified of guns in real life XD

Also, I normally hate Palkia in basically every design of its character - its shape, color, typing, and theoretical powers. I guess inspiration comes from random places, no?

Experimenting with non-contour cross-hatching. Originally I was going to give it crazier colors and make it look more metal/mecha-like, but I got lazy. That design in the background is the warning hazard symbol for explosions. I think I may have drawn this just to put hand grenades in Palkia's pearls :3
